Remove yourself from anything that you can hurt yourself with, go for a walk or something like that if that is easier. Then close your eyes and take deep breaths and don’t stop until the urge starts to fade away. If that doesn’t work then try out different alternatives like putting on music (preferably happy) on full blast, writing down everything your feeling, talk to a friend not necessarily about urges but just anything, or if still feel the urge then you can hold ice cubes in your hand.

Also keep trying to contact your therapist, I’m sure she will answer soon. Stay strong lovely <3
