I know how hearing news such as this causes you to remember all those dark times and emotions but you were strong enough to stop self harming so I’m certain that you can overcome this. It will be hard to get through the urges but try and be strong for that person, and find someone to talk to about how you feel about all of this. I’m always here to talk and help you as well <3
